What do I do if a crew member is missing some information?

Regarding crew missing information, it is really up to you as skipper and the Club's requirements.... whatever they may be.


The system is designed to provide both skipper and club a visual insight to the status quo, without prohibiting actions. See Below.


So depending on the club you sail at, you might chase that crew person down and ask them to do the right thing by you and the club if appropriate.


However as of now, very few clubs require more than name and email which you will already have for that crew person!

Note: 
Invited = no response from the crew. You can re-invite them again to resend the email.

Registered = Crew have registered for an account


Orange dot = some mandatory information is missing from the Crew's profile. 

Green dot = all mandatory information is populated in the Crew's profile.


Mandatory information = Name, Email, Mobile & Emergency contact
