This is fairly rare, but when we see this, it is either the browser or the anti-virus software blocking Javascript from loading.

A few things you can try to confirm this.

  1. can you confirm if your anti-virus is either Kaspersky or Windows Defender, these have historically had the most aggressive anti-virus settings.
  2. are you able to see the page load when using another device? Another computer or a mobile device, phone or tablet?
  3. if you enable ‘incognito’ mode on your browser, does the page load?

Assuming it is an issue involving Java Script, there will likely be a setting that you can adjust to fix this.

Firstly check the browser settings

A google search for ‘windows defender allow Javascript” yields this - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-enable-javascript-in-windows-88d27b37-6484-7fc0-17df-872f65168279

For EDGE there are is some reference material here - https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/enable-javascript-7bb9ee74-6a9e-4dd1-babf-b0a1bb136361

For CHROME it is Settings / Privacy and Security / Site Settings / JavaScript - ensure it is set to allow sites to use javascript.

On FIREFOX it is generally enabled by default, so there is no visible menu item like in Chrome. You need to follow some simple but left-of-field instructions that you can find here - https://www.enablejavascript.io/en/how-to-enable-javascript-on-mozilla-firefox

If changing the browser settings didn't help, then take a look at your antivirus settings,

If you can add www.sailsys.com.au and app.sailsys.com.au  to a “whitelist” in the antivirus software, that should help resolve this issue.

What is Javascript?

Javascript is a common scripting or programming language that allows you to implement complex features on web pages — every time a web page does more than just sit there and display static information for you to look at — displaying timely content updates, interactive maps, animated 2D/3D graphics — you can bet that JavaScript is probably involved.
