The site won't load, all i see is a blank screen

This is fairly rare, but when we see this, it is either the browser or the anti-virus software blocking Javascript from loading.

A few things you can try to confirm this.

1. can you confirm if your anti-virus is either Kaspersky or Windows Defender, these have historically had the most aggressive anti-virus settings. 
2. are you able to see the page load when using another device? Another computer or a mobile device, phone or tablet?
3. if you enable ‘incognito’ mode on your browser, does the page load?

Assuming it is an issue involving Java Script, there will likely be a setting that you can adjust to fix this.

For CHROME it is Settings / Privacy and Security / Site Settings / JavaScript - ensure it is set to allow sites to use javascript.

If changing the browser settings didn't help, then take a look at your antivirus settings, 

If you can add www.sailsys.com.au and app.sailsys.com.au  to a “whitelist” in the antivirus software, that should help resolve this issue.

Javascript is a common scripting or programming language that allows you to implement complex features on web pages — every time a web page does more than just sit there and display static information for you to look at — displaying timely content updates, interactive maps, animated 2D/3D graphics — you can bet that JavaScript is probably involved.
